Shipping rates, within Canada, are subject to  taxes charged where applicable and are calculated based on where the package is being sent. Please note that the product dimensions stated may or may not be inclusive of packaging, thus having variations from the actual product dimensions. Our customers are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to the variations in dimensions at the time of checkout.

Orders from Ontario

• Effective July 1st, 2010, all orders shipped within Ontario, are subject to HST (13%)
• Please note that HST is calculated on the subtotal (incl. shipping) of the order (there is no "tax on tax")

Orders from "HST" Provinces

• All orders being shipped to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick, are subject to HST. Effective January 1, 2008 the HST rate is 13%.
• British Columbia-  On July 1st, 2010, the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be eliminated. A 7% B.C. rate will be added to the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) forming a combined HST of 12%.
• Please note that HST is calculated on the subtotal (incl. shipping) of the order (there is no "tax on tax")

Orders from the rest of Canada

• All orders for books being shipped outside Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick, are subject to GST (incl. NorthWest Territories). Effective January 1, 2008 the GST rate is 5%

Shipping and handling time - 5 days. All orders are estimated to be delivered with 2-6 business days from the date of shipping.

Shipping times may be longer during holidays. This is out of our control, and you must wait until your package arrives. 

IMPORTANT: Items delayed due to postponement of release dates only will be entitled to a full refund including shipping and handling, provided the release date has been pushed ahead by 21 days or more.
